hydraulic breaker inner bush (also known as inner bushing, chisel bush, guide bush, or upper bush) is a core wearable component of hydraulic breakers for excavators, loaders, and other construction machinery. Installed inside the front head of the breaker, it serves as a critical guide and support structure for the reciprocating movement of the chisel, directly determining the operating accuracy, service life, and maintenance cost of the hydraulic breaker.
The inner bush fulfills three core functions: First, precise guidance, which provides a stable motion track for the chisel during high-frequency reciprocating impact, preventing chisel deflection and shaking, ensuring accurate transmission of breaking force, and significantly reducing abnormal wear on core components such as the chisel and piston. Second, shock absorption and buffering, which absorbs impact loads and vibration generated during operation, minimizing damage to the hydraulic system and main engine structure, and extending the overall service life of the equipment.
