The hydraulic breaker inner bush, commonly referred to as guide bush, chisel bush and upper bush, is an essential wearable part for excavator and loader hydraulic breakers. Fitted within the breaker front head, it acts as the main guiding and supporting component for the chisel’s reciprocating motion, greatly influencing the breaker’s operating precision, service life and overall maintenance cost. This component delivers three key functions. It stabilizes the chisel’s movement during high-frequency impact operations, effectively avoiding deflection and vibration while ensuring consistent force transmission and lowering abnormal wear on pistons and chisels. It absorbs intense impact pressure and operational vibration to protect the hydraulic system and main machine structure, improving equipment durability. It also cooperates with sealing components to block sand, mud and external debris, prevent oil leakage, and sustain stable internal hydraulic pressure.
